The purpose of this project is to collect written and video stories from people with disabilities, families, and direct support staff about their experiences accessing and using Medicaid funded services. Medicaid funds lots of different supports and services, like Medi-Cal, regional center services, IHSS, home health, and more.

If you are selected to participate then you are eligible for a $200 stipend! Please fill out the survey below and we will let you know if you've been selected to provide your story.
