Resilience is defined as the ability of a city to maintain essential functions and to evolve and emerge stronger in the face of acute shocks and chronic stresses. Building resilience is about making communities better prepared and more able to not only "bounce back," but also "bounce forward," when they encounter challenges.
The Nashua resilience strategy will build on past successes and look to new integrated planning to ensure a thriving future for the community.
