Join Our Lady of the Woods Girl's Basketball!!!

- Girll Basketball is open to all 3rd - 8th Grade girls who are registered parishioners and attending our Religious Education Program.

- Girl's Basketball Registration Fee: $130.00 which includes registration fee or $180.00 which includes registration fee and  uniform.  If last years uniform still fits and will be used for this season then no need to purchase new uniform.  The uniform will be yours to keep and can be reused the following season (payment can be made online or by submitting a check labeled "Girls Basketball" to the Parish Office).

- OLOW no longer requires a $50 check to be held pending your volunteer commitment.
Parents are encouraged to sign up to work the entry desk for at least 1-2 home games. All families are strongly encouraged to assist the parish teams at front desk or concession stand.
8th grade REP students are also encouraged to sign up for concessions to earn service hours.
Online sign up for these will be sent out once home game times are established.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE PAYMENT:  Our Online payment option is easy to use.  This convenient option will now be available for OLOW Athletics and Religious Education programs. GiveCentral is a web-based donation tool that consolidates all collection, fundraising and communication activities in one place.

Step 3: Select "Add to my Gift Basket"

Step 6: If using Give Central site for the 1st time select "Complete Profile" to create your Give Central New User Registration.  (If you have a existing Give Central profile, please "Log in" with your Username and Password and select "Log in and confirm gift" to complete payment process.)

Please read this information carefully and be aware that by clicking on the "yes" check box you will be waiving and releasing all claims for injuries your child might sustain from the sport he/she will be participating in at Our Lady of the Woods (OLOW).   I/we hereby certify that the name listed above has my parental/guardianship permission to participate in all  sporting activities offered at OLOW. I/we hereby, for ourselves, and on behalf of our heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees ; waive, release, and discard the Catholic Bishop of Chicago, Our Lady of the Woods Parish employees, coaches, volunteers, and any other persons connected with OLOW athletic program from any responsibility or liability for any loses, injury, death, or damage sustained in any activity during or surrounding athletic programming; you are signing this waiver of liability at your own free will.   I/we understand that pictures (individual and group) may be taken during sanctioned events. I give permission for my child’s picture be used for promotional materials (church bulletin, newspaper, OLOW facebook page, presentations, etc.) in highlighting a sporting event.   I/ we understand that Our Lady of the Woods has no control over the use of photographs or film taken by media or private vendors that may be covering sporting events.   I/we agree to return the uniform and all equipment furnished by Our Lady of the Woods promptly upon  completion of the season; if the uniform is lost or not returned within a reasonable time you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the uniform or equipment.
