80% of attendees camp all four nights of the festival (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and do not leave the festival grounds.
After consideration, accepted vendors will receive a vending contract. Due to the extremely high volume of requests, we cannot accept all vendors.
Accepted vendors will be notified by email and give approximately one month to make payment. All payments must be by ACH / electronic transfer from a bank. No checks are accepted. If appropriate payment is not received by the provided date, your vendor spot opens to the next approved vendor
Food Vendor Price is $4,050 + $400 refundable deposit and includes a single, standard 220 hookup. Please verify with firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your plug if needed. Additional electrical hook-ups are available for fee by request.
Approved vendors will receive a 20' x 20' vending space, 6 festival passes for workers and 3 parking passes. Additional passes may be purchased.
Vendor access to water is each day before 9am and after 2am. The only potable water accessible between these times is at water stations for festival attendees.
No cars are permitted to park inside the festival. Restocking must be done between 6am and 9am. Cars that are not out by 9am will be tagged and the $400 deposit will be forfeited.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning-up and leaving no trace behind. Clean-up must be completed by Monday at 10am.
The $400 refundable deposit will be 100% refunded if vendors sell what is approved, remove cars by 9am each day and clean-up prior to leaving.
