OOL COTE Recertification - Creditable Activity Form

In order to retain your COTE, you must complete 18 hours of creditable activities every 3 years. You may enter multiple activities on one form submission.

* At least 12 hours must be obtained by attending OOL webinars, while the other 6 hours can be obtained by attending external activities related to online teaching and learning.
* Each OOL webinar counts for 1 hour (unless otherwise indicated)
* If you attend a conference, only the sessions related to -online- teaching and learning count toward your COTE recertification.
