Goal: Assemble a cute commercial district with good designers and a unique environment. At Shady Estates we value visual aesthetics and pride ourselves on our unique take on a shopping district by falling away from the traditional basic looking commercial districts.

Shopping district current renters: Mug, Dots, Crybunbun, Spoiled, Ersch, RebelPill, Crate, Demon Doll, Rokins, Mellow, Lush, Beausy, Sorrow, Seka, Sundries, iicing, Lenore and BADPANDA.

Due to high demand we are already fully rented on Sim : Lyrics. Shady Estates has added a second sim to the Shopping District and we're are looking for quality stores to rent on it! Fill out this form if you want to be added to the waiting list for a spot on our new sim. Please note parcels will be sized based on each stores need. The prim ratio is 1:1.7L, so 1.7 Lindens per prim. This is to allow you to pick exactly how much prim you desire for your store! We are accepting both mainstores and satellites of all sizes. Main Stores will be given higher priority on wait list.

All exterior decorating of stores will be done by management to ensure the cohesive flow of the sim. Builds can be altered / changed per request. (Satellite stores can only request color alterations to building. Main Stores can request a complete redesign/remodel of entire building)

PLEASE NOTE! Filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot on the sim. Shady Management will contact you when there is an opening and your store is approved for move-in.
