To apply for the Faculty Student Coordinator position you must be a continuing undergraduate or postgraduate student for the 2026/2027 academic year. If you are graduating in 2026 you are not eligible to apply.

Role start date: October 2026
Role end date: 30 June 2027

Please note that you can only apply for a position you are currently studying in. If you are found to be working in a school outside of your area of study, your position will be reassessed, and you will be asked to step down from the position. Only the available positions are listed below.

The deadline for application is Sunday 31st May, 23:59. However if we receive a sufficient number of applications for your department, we will close the job ad earlier.

Interviews *
During these interviews you will be expected to answer a few questions to determine your suitability for the role. There is no specific preparation you will need to do for the interview but you may want to practice general interview skills and the interview will be based on the job description.

The recruitment process will be expected to last 20 - 30 minutes on one of the following dates. 
  • Monday 15th June: 10:00 - 17:00
  • Tuesday 16th June: 10:00 - 17:00
Your time slot will be sent to you in advance. You are expected to show up to the interview on time.

If you feel you will need any reasonable adjustments there is a section at the end of this form where you can state what you will need.

Reasonable Adjustments 
Standard interviews will take place either one to one or with a small panel of Student Voice staff members. Each interview will be given a timeslot of 30 minutes, the interviews are expected to last 20-30minutes.
At the end of the interview you will be given the opportunity to ask the staff any particular questions about the position of Faculty Rep position.
