Chamber On-the-Go is a mobile business support program that helps New York City small business owners like you access free services. This program aims to connect you with free resources to help your business thrive from the NYC Department of Small Business Services and the Queens Chamber of Commerce. We also seek to answer questions and collect feedback on the challenges and opportunities facing your specific business community.

This survey consists of four different sections, the first section which you are currently looking at. A second section that collects individual information, a third section that asks questions about your business, and a final section where we ask about what resources are you interested in.
