Via dit formulier meld je je aan als lid van de Volleybal Vereniging Kratos'08. 
Onze ledenadministratie schrijft je vervolgens officieel in bij de volleybalbond (Nevobo). 
Na deze inschrijving ontvang je een bevestiging dat je lidmaatschap rond is.
Houd er rekening mee dat je een pasfoto bij de hand moet hebben om je aanmelding te voltooien. 

Noot: Mocht je eerst willen meetrainen dan kan je het meetrain formulier invullen. Dat is hier te vinden.

Through this form, you can apply for membership of Volleyball Vereniging Kratos’08.
Our membership administration will then officially register you with the volleyball federation (Nevobo).
After this registration, you will receive a confirmation that your membership is complete.
Please make sure you have a passport photo ready to complete your application.

Note: If you would first like to join a few training sessions before becoming a member, you can fill out the trial training form (only available in Dutch).
