We make every effort to deliver all photos to the fans between the 2nd and 7th inning. If we missed you and you are still at the stadium, please visit one of our print kiosks and we will be happy to help you. The print kiosks are open until the end of the game (up until midnight).
If you have already left the stadium, please fill out the information required to locate your game day photo. You can find this information on the redemption card that was given to you by your photographer. The online recovery process can take two to three weeks, so please bear with us as we work diligently to recover all requests. All requests are done on a first come, first serve basis. Once the photo is recovered, it will be sent in the form of a proof to the email address provided with instructions on how to purchase it. If you elect to purchase it, the photo will be mailed to you upon receipt of the paid invoice.
Please note that there will be an additional $10 added to your invoice to cover shipping and handling. This charge is only assessed to photos needing to be mailed. To avoid this charge, you can visit our print stations throughout the stadium during a game. They are located at Left and Right Field across from the restaurants, Left Loge, and Reserve (across from section 11 next to the ATM) to purchase your photo during a game or between the hours of 10am and 2pm most days during stadium tours. Simply ask for a Blue Prints staff member and they will be happy to help you.
