Please complete this form if you would like to request that nominations are re-opened and a by-election is held in a Class Rep constituency that has a vacancy (from the list given in the final question on this form).

Please note you must be a member in the constituency in order to request a by-election. Students on joint majors may do so for all their majors. Submissions will be checked against the official student lists provided by UCD and will not be counted if deemed invalid.
