This survey is part of research for a book-in-progress about how artists sustain creative practices alongside work, family, and the rest of life, regardless of how or where they trained. Your responses will help document what that actually looks like across a range of paths and experiences.
Participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
Your responses will be kept confidential. Findings may be quoted in the book or shared publicly, but only in anonymized form unless you explicitly opt in to being identified by name. A separate question at the end of the survey will ask for your preference.
At the end of the survey, you'll also have the option to receive the Artists in Offices newsletter on Substack, where research findings will be shared as the project develops. This is entirely optional and unrelated to your participation.
