Kashful Foundation, which has been working relentlessly in diminishing inequality in society for Six years and continues to do so, is now offering young enthusiasts to be a part of its incredible journey. Our dedicated team is not only working on issues like youth engagement in democracy, gender-based violence, internet safety, child rights and child protection and climate change but also enlightening youth leadership to build a better future for all. Our Missions include reducing inequality and achieving social justice by working with people living in society and their surrounding communities organizations activities social movements and supporters. We are looking for delegates who believe in our missions and want to work with us in our journey of making this society and environment better for all generations.

Kashful Foundation will recruit young leaders as a volunteer who will assist us in various tasks over the next six months. Those who want to work diligently with us are requested to fill out the form.

Before you start, please read the instruction:
  • Must have a genuine interest and ideas about democracy, justice, reducing inequality, SDG, and other related issues.
  • Must have a strong interest in our mission and objectives, and enthusiasm for creating positive social change.
  • Have a passion for promoting youth engagement in democracy and governance.
  • Be creative and willing to come up with new ideas for engaging youth in democratic processes.
  • You may be required to attend various trainings and workshops and represent Kashful Foundation. Therefore, you should have the mindset to follow our rules and regulations.
  • Be able to use social media and other digital platforms to promote Kashful Foundation's activities and engage with youth online.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work with our team and the community we serve.
  • This is a voluntary program, but we will provide transportation costs for any kind of movement.
  • There is no need for any special qualifications or experience, but any relevant experience or skills will be considered an asset.
  • We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures to join our team and contribute to our mission.
