The 2025 Holiday Market will be held both indoors and outdoors at Jennifer's Garden. BOOTH SPACE SIZE AND PRICING WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTER YOU ARE APPROVED.

**Until you have received confirmation from Three French Hens that your application has been accepted, this is not considered a binding contract. The acceptance of your application does not guarantee you a booth space. Once you purchase your desired booth space you will be guaranteed a space. You are not required to select and pay for your booth space immediately but please keep in mind that purchasing of spaces is first come first served.
Other Fees:
1. Payments made on the day of the market - $25.00 additional charge
2. No show cancellations prior to open - $20.00 fine per event and loss of booth fee
3. Non-sufficient funds - $50.00 fine per event
4. Garbage left at the market - $25.00 per event
3 French Hens French Market Contract
1. A $50.00 fee will be assessed on any returned funds.
2. All categories shall be reviewed prior to acceptance. Any media NOT approved may be removed at the discretion of the 3 French Hens Company.
3. Vendors are expected to provide their own proof of insurance. Food vendors are to follow Health Department rules & regulations. Contact 815-941-3115 or 815-941-3404 for permits.
4. Booths must be open and staffed during all exhibiting hours.
5. Vendors are NOT allowed to bring their pets.
6. All vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during market hours, including final clean up at the end of the market day. All displays should be neat, clean and tables should be covered on all sides.
7. State sales tax for the day must be paid according to the Illinois Department of Revenue collection agent’s guide sheet. Morris, Illinois tax is 6.025%
8. 3 French Hens Market Company will not be liable for refunds or any other liabilities whatsoever for the failure to fulfill this contract due to the reasons of the location in which the market is held before, or during the market destroyed by fire or other calamity, or by any act of God, public enemy, strikes, statues, ordinances, or any legal authority, or any cause beyond its control.
9. Vendors shall be liable for delivery, handling, erection and removal of their displays and materials
10. Vendors found in violation of any of the items in this contract may be excluded and have their exhibits removed from the current and/or future markets at the sole discretion of the 3 French Hens Company. No refunds will be provided. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall 3 French Hens Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from such action.
11. 3 French Hens Company may require the removal of items considered to be in violation of these conditions and reserves the right to make final interpretation of all conditions.
12. If any section, sentence clause, phrase or portion of this licensing application/contract is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions.
13. This contract shall be deemed to have been made in the State of Illinois and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of such state. In the event that legal action is required to enforce this contract or any of the terms thereof, such action shall be brought in the courts of Grundy County, Illinois, and the vendor expressly consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. The parties agree to accept service of process in such action by ordinary mail sent to their business address.
14. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between 3 French Hens Company and the vendor and no modification shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the parties or their representatives.
15. Failure to follow these rules or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of your participation at the market.

3 French Hens Holiday Market Information - 2025

Market times: November 7th - 4:00pm - 5:00pm (early buying) 5:00pm – 9:00pm

                    November 8th - 9:00am - 3:00pm

Check-in: Please check-in at the front entrance main doors before setting up.

**Booth assignments will be sent the Wednesday evening before the market.**

Booth:

·        10x10 and larger spaces are completely empty – you are responsible for bringing all of your tables and display props.

·        6ft table/highboy spaces – you are only able to display your product on these tables that we provide.  If you would like to bring your own 8ft table please let us know and we can leave your space empty.

·        Indoor and Outdoor vendors on the back patio can leave all merchandise; the doors and back gates will be locked at the end of the night.

·        Outdoor vendors in the front can leave their tents/trailers and large props but leaving merchandise is at your discretion.

·        ALL BOOTHS - Electricity is an additional cost and you must prepay. 

Set-up:

November 6th 10:30am – 3:00pm  Early setup – must prepay

November 7th 10:00am – 4:00pm

       We do not allow set-up after 4:00pm.  You are welcome to fluff your space

from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, however items cannot be brought in or out after 4:00pm. 

November 8th 7:30am

       We would like all vendors in their spaces and restocking to be completed by

       8:45am.

 

Take down:

November 8th 3:00pm – 6:00pm

We do not allow early take down and please clean all garbage from your booth and use provided dumpsters.    

Parking:

Once you have unloaded your merchandise, please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area which is ACROSS the street in the Menard’s grass lot and please display your parking pass in your window.  Any vendor vehicle parked at Jennifer’s garden will be towed.

 

Other Notes:

1.     Please no nails or screws in the walls.

2.     Portable Heaters are not permitted (outside vendors can use heaters that DO NOT need electricity).

3.     Don’t forget all needed items – tables, extension cords, receipt books, change, etc.

4.     There is an ATM available during the market.

5.     NO tents or tent frames allowed inside.

6.     All outdoor tents MUST have weights and we encourage lighting for a festive look!
