If you are interested in taking photos and taking part in six online photographic storytelling workshops for Everyday Stories of Breathing and Ventilation, please request a participant information sheet by completing this form. The participant information sheet provides more information about this research project, so you can make an informed decision about whether you want to take part. Requesting a participant information sheet does not mean you have agreed to take part in this research project.
Once you complete this form, we will email you a participant information sheet. We will then email you around one to two weeks later to ask if you're interested in taking part, and if you are, to arrange a time to chat about the research project and answer any questions you have. This will be a short online video chat on Google Meet, and we can support you with this.
