Walk-In Market - register of interest
Thank you for your interest in having a table at the Great Ashby Community Centre's Walk-In Market on Saturday 7th June 2025.

By providing your details, you are regsitering your interest in having a table at the event.  It does not guarantee you a table.  You will be contacted within 5 working days if you have been successful in being allocated a table and will be sent an invoice, which will give payment details and the date by which payment must be received by us.

Tables for residents to sell bric-a-brac, clothes, toys and other household items are £10 each.

Tables for local businesses are £15 each.
We will ensure that there are no more than 2 stalls selling similar items, e.g. cakes and bakes, jewellery, handmade cards.
Please note: We have already allocated two stalls in Hall 3 for cakes and bakes stalls, in our pop-up charity tearoom where we will be selling hot and cold drinks.  We are therefore not accepting any more cake and bake stalls.

All profits from this event will go to Great Ashby Community Centre Management Association, registered charity number 111 7362.

Please note that in the event of being oversubscribed, Great Ashby residents will be given priority for stalls.
