ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR NEW SPECIAL EDUCATORS PRE-NEO WEEK. HOLD THE DATES!  Department of Special Education New Educator Orientation (NEO) Registration 

All new special educators should register for the August 5th Special Education New Educator day which will be held at Reservoir High School. This is an additional training day separate from the HCPSS NEO sessions taking place the following week. Additional details will be sent in early August to staff who complete this registration form.

All new conditionally licensed special educators should also attend the August 6th half-day session which will also be at Reservoir High School. Additional details will be sent in early August to staff who complete this registration form.

The August 10th-12th event is for ALL newly hired teachers (general, special and alternative education), related service providers, school counselors, school psychologists, social workers, mental health therapists as well as GT Resource and Instructional Technology teachers new to the position. This form only captures registration for the Special Education Teachers days prior to NEO. ALL newly hired special educators should also make sure to register for the New Educator Orientation Aug 10th- 12th event at neo.hcpss.org.
