Walking into a yoga space for the first time can feel intimidating and overwhelming for many people, especially for those who may lean a little anxious, or who may hold beliefs around yoga being for people who live in particular types of bodies. As such, we have crafted our introductory class to be welcoming and safe by running it as a series that will gently introduce you to the practice of yoga.
This class is slower paced and offers ample verbal instructions and demonstrations to help participants develop a familiarity with foundational postures. In addition our instructor will guide you through the use of props to support your developing practice and ensure safe alignment, making this class accessible from any starting point. Come to learn, play, and grow with other new yogis in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.
