Dear Sauganash Parents/Guardians:

In order for us to project our student organization for next school year, we need to know the approximate number of our current students who will be returning in August 2026. We encourage parents whose children will be eligible for kindergarten and new students in grades first through eighth to enroll them as soon as possible.

Registration is by appointment only, please email sauganashregister@cps.edu. For additional information, please visit our website at www.sauganash.cps.edu.

The application process for Pre-K will begin on April 7, 2026 on the Chicago Early Learning website.

We must have the requested information below from every Sauganash family no later than Friday, April 24, 2026. Please only one form per family.
