Dear Wyoming homeowner,

The Environmental Stewardship Commission has launched the Stormwater Study Group (SSG), which seeks to gather data and research stormwater issues in Wyoming. Please help the SSG to gather data on how water from rain storms (stormwater) affects our city. You can help by filling out this short and voluntary survey.

The group will use information from completed surveys to guide research on stormwater management practices that have been adopted in similar communities. The city will be unable to correct stormwater issues on residents' private properties.

Questions with an asterisk (*) are mandatory; questions without one are not. Please limit one response per household. You will have an opportunity to describe multiple events if necessary. If you wish to do this, please input the first event in the first "home flooding" section, then mark "yes" on "Do you have another stormwater event to report?' and proceed to the next section to describe multiple events.
