During this afternoon event, we will present the brand-new KEM magazine to the KEM network, hosted by moderator Linda Vermaat (former director of Innofest). The KEM magazine is specially designed for project teams working on innovation and transitions, and offers practical tips and tools for effectively applying methods within the context of societal innovation. Among other things, it features ten practical guidelines to help select and apply the right methods in innovation processes — which we’ll put into practice straight away in interactive breakout sessions.
We will also kick off the upcoming theme for the second half of the year: the impact of methods. How can you convince clients, funders, and other stakeholders of the value of a specific method or approach?
What to expect
An afternoon programme in two parts, focusing on:
- The latest developments around the KEM programme and Dutch innovation policy, including the programme Power of Design & Transitions
- The launch of the KEM magazine ‘From Paper to Practice’, offering guidance for methodical approaches to social challenges
- Inspiration and knowledge exchange on selecting and applying effective methods to real-world innovation cases
- A preview of KEM’s central theme for the second half of 2025: the impact of methods
- Interactive breakout sessions exploring the day’s key themes
