December - Sectional rehearsals (Highlands Ranch, Parker, Littleton, Castle Rock areas - check with directors)

January Rehearsals

  • Wednesday, January 10 - Choir rehearsal - 6:30-8:45 pm at Castle View High School

  • Saturday, January 13 - CLHC rehearsal - 1:00 pm-6:00 pm at Rock Canyon High School

  • Tuesday, January 16 - Rehearsal at Boettcher Hall during school day 12:00PM-2:30PM.

I understand that if I am chosen for this Honor group, I WILL attend all required rehearsals and concert. I ALSO REALIZE THAT NOT ATTENDING A REHEARSAL MAY RESULT IN MY NOT PERFORMING IN THE FINAL CONCERT. I have checked my personal calendar, in addition to school sports and testing (ACT, SAT) schedules, for conflicts. I understand that by auditioning for the group I have no prior commitments or conflicts.  By taking a spot and not fulfilling my duties, I may be depriving another talented musician of this opportunity.

I am also aware that I am expected to have continued enrollment in my high schools orchestra, band, and/or choir classes for the entire school year in order for me to be eligible to audition and perform at the 2023-2024 Continental League Music Festival. Choosing to drop the academic course that relates to my audition will result in my immediate dismissal from the 2023-2024 Continental League Honor Music Festival.

I also understand that it is essential to arrive early, and prepared, to all rehearsals and that my attendance is required for the length of the entire rehearsal.  If I am LATE (meaning door is closed and down beat has been set - I could be immediately removed from the 2023-2024 Continental League Honor Music Festival).
