If so, and if your event is at least 30 days away, please take a moment to review the requirements below. If your event applies, please fill out the request form below and press submit. If your event meets our donation requirements and we can help, our donation coordinator will get back you with a detailed response within one week.
Please read before submitting your request:
- If your event is less than 30 days away, it will automatically be declined.
- We cannot donate beer or cider outside of Washington state.
- All donations must be picked up at the Seattle tasting room, unless otherwise approved.
- Pickup times are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, as well as 1 pm to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday, and must be prearranged.
