FULL COMPANY MEMBERS are actors hired and housed for the duration of the theater’s season. As part of a repertory company, each actor has the opportunity to showcase his or her range in parts large and small, dramatic and comedic. Full company members will perform in 3 or 4 of the mainstage productions. Both on stage in leading roles and backstage hanging lights and building sets, the company members of PST work together to make every show happen.

GUEST ARTISTS have the opportunity to work closely and intensively with company and board members for the duration of a particular mainstage show. A guest artist carries the same responsibilities and is afforded the same privileges as a company member, including room and board, but lends their talent to one play of the season.
