This section gives additional information and rules you need to know about when registering with Cassiobury Rangers Football Club. You will be asked to confirm later on that you have read these.

DATA PROTECTION: Members’ personal details will be held on a computerised database held by the Membership Secretary and shared with Team managers on a need to know basis. Players’ personal information may be passed to West Herts Youth League as part of their online registration process. As a Herts FA-affiliated club we may have to add yours/your child’s details to the FA’s database called the Whole Game System. This would be to show that you are helping the club in some capacity or to add your child’s details for disciplinary reasons (eg, receiving yellow/red cards). CRFC will not disclose personal data to any other third party except in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is available on the club’s website at www.cassioburyrangersfc.co.uk under the Charters section.

INSURANCE: Whilst the Club holds third party liability insurance, individual members and helpers are not insured against personal injury. The Club will take every care to ensure the safety of all members, however cannot accept liability for personal injury or death of any participants, however caused, nor accept liability for loss or damage to any personal property. It is the responsibility of the member/parent/carer to have their own thirty party insurance against injury etc. should they deem it necessary.

CHARTERS / CODES OF CONDUCT: The Club is affiliated to The FA, and as such abides by a club constitution and applicable charters/codes of conduct. These are all available on the Cassiobury Rangers FC website at www.cassioburyrangersfc.co.uk - see Charters section. All parents/carers, players, coaches/managers and club officials are requested to be aware of and abide by these. Signature of the Registration Form confirms knowledge of these and the consequences of failure to adhere by them.

MEMBERSHIP FEES: Fees are paid for Club Membership and training facilities/coaching only and do not cover additional costs such as tournaments or additional training wear. All players will be provided with an appropriate kit (shorts, socks and top) when representing Cassiobury Rangers in matches, and this will remain the property of the club at all times and must be returned should a player leave the club. Late or non-payment of fees may result in a player being ineligible for training or matches. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to provide the correct and timely payment of fees; any charges for return of payments from the bank will be passed onto the parent/carer. Refunds of fees will only be provided to players that leave the club before 31 December, on receipt of their full kit, and will be 50% of fees paid.

FINES: Any fines received by the club due to inappropriate behaviour of any member, relevant spectator/supporter or affiliated person will be passed onto the relevant party for prompt payment.
