In an effort to serve the community, HomeTownTV ("HTTV") endeavors to provide a platform for local groups and organizations to disseminate news and announcements in our area. -- This is offered as a public service, at no charge.

We strive to keep all content family-friendly in nature, and ask that all submissions be in that same spirit.

Please use this form to tell us about the activity, event, and/or announcement you would like promoted on the HTTV site.

All materials submitted are subject to review and approval, with any final placement remaining at the sole discretion of HTTV.

Overview
For best results, we encourage use of a free Google account, through which you can then create and share materials (i.e., graphics, videos, etc.) with HTTV.

Primarily, HTTV uses two (2) media formats:  (A.)  Display Ad and (B.) Video.

These may appear in different absolute sizes from one page to another, but generally conform to a 16:9 widescreen layout.

Suited to these formats, HTTV accepts the following submission types for promotions:  

(1)  prepared graphics  -- [fitted to a Google Slide of default dimensions:  (16:9);  10" x 5.63"]
                                           [ANY number of hyperlinks within the display are permitted.]
(2)  GIFs  --  [kept to 5 seconds; also fitted to a Google Slide of default dimensions (16:9); 10" x 5.63"]
(3)  videos  --  [< 30 seconds; uploaded and conforming to YouTube policies and standards]        


Please convey to us any such submissions as follows:

>  'Video' links to YouTube files you create can be entered further below in this form.

>  'Display Ad' submissions should be made as Google Slides, shared with us as a folder of or file(s) at:    TVGoldenrod.FL.httv@gmail.com.  --  Please make sure we are granted full editing authority of the file(s).

[NOTE:  Unless otherwise stated, (later) changes you may make to a given approved Display Ad (Google Slide) will take immediate effect on any real-time published promotion.  Though all content remains subject to ongoing review.]
