Welcome to the Matsuricon 2017 Official Photoshoot List Signup Form. For those that were wondering Matsuricon will be held on August 25-27, 2017 in Columbus, OH at the Hyatt Regency Columbus & Columbus Convention Center. Please be knowledgeable of the area and of the rules and policies of the convention center. All photoshoots are run by attendees.

Update 5/5/17- Just wanted to remind everyone that all photoshoots are due in on Thursday June 1st! That is 27 days / 4 weeks from now. Yes right before Colossalcon. For those interesting of hosting a shoot(s) please make sure your read the PIN POST for the rules before submitting your photoshoot(s). Once submissions close the official photoshoot schedule will be available online via PDF through the Matsuricon Official Photoshoot Group and will be available in the main convention official schedule, program booklet along with the mobile app. Keep an eye on our Official Matsuricon Facebook Group- https://www.facebook.com/groups/matsuriphotoshoots/ for the latest updates, changes etc. Thanks!

Update 4/29/17- Friendly reminder for those interest in helping out as Photo Suite Room Monitor for the indoor photoshoots (Photoshoot Rooms 1 & 2) or Photoshoot Helper for the outdoor photoshoots at Matsuricon 2017- *Photo Suite Room Monitors- In this position, you’ll be controlling the room, helping make sure that each photoshoot start on time and end on time, and are required to have experience in photography and running photo suites. *Photoshoot Helpers- In this position, you will helping making sure that each outdoor photoshoots start on time and end on time, help with traffic flow, report in with Head of Photoshoots with any concerns, feedback and issues and over all making sure the shoots run smoothly. Update 3/1/2017- It's that time of year again and to let you all know that Matsuricon Photoshoots are opened unto Wednesday June 1, 2017. My name is Margaret and I have been the List Organizer/Head of Photoshoots since 2008. Signups goes live today and will remain open until Wednesday June 1, 2017. Below please list the name of your shoot; choose a day, time and location and most of all please whoever is hosting the shoot please your name and workable email, so that I can contact you via email to confirm you that I have received your shoot(s) information. Shoots are first come first server, so if there are more than one shoot requesting for the same time and location etc I will be notifying them on plan B. Anyways if anyone has any questions or concerns feel free to contact me via email, post in the Facebook group or message me via Facebook and I'll be glad to answer any questions that you all have.
