Please use the below form to submit a Community Project Funding Request for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26).

Additional documents, including but not limited to detailed budgetary information, press articles highlighting the need for the project, or other planning documents, can also be emailed to Sherman.Appropriations2026@mail.house.gov. Please include in the subject line of the email the title of the project requested.
