Rules:1. Meeting with other team members team but not building their robot such at Summer Camp or during a school class does not count as build hours (unless they are working on something directly related to the robot). 2. The meeting hours must be recorded on this Team Build Hours (Master Sheet) Google Sheet that all teams use in order to count.3. The # of hours must be recorded by 11:59 PM the next day (1 day after the build day) to count. 4. Recording the # of hours late or early does not count. Just record it after you meet.5. Recording of meeting hours follows the VEX season. Meeting hour recording begins the last day of Worlds (ie the start of the new season when the new game is announced). It ends the first day of Worlds.6. Multiple meetings in one day will count so long as they don't span the same hours. For example:...6a: If a team splits into 2 groups and works in separate rooms at the same time for 1 hour, this only counts as 1 hour total....6b: If a team splits into 2 groups and works at separate non-overlapping times such as 2:00-3:00 and 3:00-4:00 then this counts as 2 hours total....6c: If a team splits into 2 groups and works in separate rooms at overlapping times such as 2:00-4:00 and 3:00-5:00 then this counts as 3 hours total (3:00-4:00 only counts once).7. It does not matter how many team members were present at the meeting; 1 or more is OK.
