Quail Hunters Survey Report

Please submit each hunt as a separate entry. Address and phone number is required only if you have not previously provided it this season or if it has changed. At the end of the season you will be mailed a copy of the survey report and a small thank you gift. Once you submit your entry, you will be emailed a copy with all of your responses. Please do not provide information on released quail hunts, only on wild, native birds. Please submit all entries by May 1.

If you would like to mail in wings, clip on wing per bird and store in a paper bag (DO NOT USE PLASTIC) labeled with sex, date of harvest, and county of harvest. Email or call Patty at castinep@dnr.sc.gov or 803-734-3609 to be sent a pre-paid envelope for shipping.
