Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 4 January 2021, only children of critical workers and vulnerable children* and young people should attend school or college. All other pupils and students will receive remote education.

Please complete this form to book your child into school for the days required. The form will need to be completed each week and will be available every Wednesday at 3pm - it must be completed by the Friday by 3pm to book your child a place.
