ArtFair 14C Volunteer Application - March 14-18
Thank you for offering your help for Art Fair 14C - an initiative of the Jersey City Arts Council - dedicated to strengthening and supporting the visual arts.

All volunteers will get 2 free passes to the art fair - and our immense gratitude.

There are several tasks in running on the art fair:
1. March 14 - load in day.
- Starting at 4pm there will be galleries and artists coming into the Hyatt Regency from this area, as well as around the country and internationally, and some assistance will be needed.
- Starting at 6pm we will have access to the Manhattan Ballroom and can start assembly of display walls and then hanging the artwork for The Juried Show.
2. March 15 - opening day for press and VIPs - we need people to help with check-in and general assistance
- press conference and press walk through starts at 3pm
- VIP viewing begins at 4pm
- VIP reception 6pm-9pm
3. Saturday and Sunday March 16-17 - - we need people to help with check-in and general assistance
- VIP viewing starts at 11am
- public hours from noon-8pm on Saturday, noon-7pm on Sunday
4. Load out - Sunday night, Monday morning
