Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apparel Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing, an eye for quality, and a passion for creating high-quality apparel but not necessary. Fast Learning is a must!!! You will be responsible for setting up and operating printing machines, ensuring the production of vibrant and accurate designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and Operation: Set up and operate manual screen printing presses.
  • Artwork Preparation: Prepare screens, mix inks, and ensure proper alignment of designs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the printing process to ensure accuracy and quality of prints, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of inks, screens, and other materials to ensure timely production.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
