I understand that this request does not constitute approval, nor will I allow the player mentioned above to participate, practice or play for any rugby club until I receive written approval from the board of Rugby South Carolina regarding this request.

If approved, the player must register or transfer their USA Rugby registration to the requested rugby club.

If denied, the player must register or transfer their USA Rugby registration to their local rugby club as appointed by Rugby South Carolina.

I will not hold the board of Rugby South Carolina, nor its representatives, administration, coaches or volunteers liable for any costs associated with this approval/denial.

I will not dispute the outcome of this exemption request as I understand that the board of Rugby South Carolina has the sole authority and jurisdiction to review and approve or deny this exemption.
