Student Rider Goals for 2020
Take some time to think about what you would like to accomplish this season. Set a goal and identify a few steps/actions you can take to achieve it. Coaches will be checking-in throughout the season to see how you are progressing. At the end of the season we will document the results.
Here are a few examples:
- You want to move up your race stage position. Actions: Identify what's holding you back, develop your fitness and/or specific skills, work on race day nerves, ask a coach for advice
- Improve time trial by X amount of time. Actions: Push myself at practice, capitalizing on interval training, join the optional Friday ride
- Learn a specific skill. Actions: Research (by book or online), ask coaches for a demonstration and feedback
