Complete this form to sign up as an Auxie for Youth Encounter #31 (July 17–19, 2026).

What is an Auxie? If you've already taken a YE and want to give back, you're an Auxie — short for Auxiliary Volunteer. As an Auxie, you're expected to:
  1. Pray — Before, during, and after the retreat.
  2. Show up — Attend all scheduled Auxie meetings.
  3. Open your heart (Bukas Loob sa Diyos) — Let God move through you so everyone grows together.
  4. Help out — Assist with setup, cleanup, and moving materials between Our Lady of Lourdes (Mountainside) and Fellowship Deaconry Ministries (Basking Ridge).

*YE #30 sponsoring class, class shepherds, coordinators, youth praise members, and Auxie team leads should stay overnight at the retreat location (Fellowship Deaconry Ministries) from July 17, 12:00 pm through July 19, 6:00 pm.

Note: Participants under 18 will need a parent/guardian consent form (sent by email).

Auxie (Overnight Stay) Registration Fee:
$150  Early Bird ($165 after June 17)
  • ⏰ Early Bird ends June 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET
  • 🍽️ 6 Meals — Friday dinner; Sat breakfast, lunch & dinner; Sun breakfast & lunch
  • 🛏️ Overnight Stay — Fri & Sat nights. Pillows, blankets & bed sheets provided.​
  • 👚👕 Auxie Team shirt included
  • 🎒 Bring: Towels and toiletries
Auxie (Commuter) Registration Fee:
$30  Meals Only (Flat-Fee All Weekend)
  • 🍽️ 6 Meals — Friday dinner; Sat breakfast, lunch & dinner; Sun breakfast & lunch
  • 👚👕 Auxie Team shirt included
  • 🚗 Commute on your own each day
Registration Closes: July 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET

Registration is complete only after full payment. We accept Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash. Payment instructions will be shared when completing this form.
