Please note that holds must coincide with your billing date. Example: if your billing date is the 5th of each month, your hold will start on that date. This will ensure ease of billing in the future.

Do you understand that if you place a LiveWELL Membership or Sunrise Membership on hold, your Credit Card will be charged the admin fee associated with your contract? If you have a Be Awesome membership, you are allowed to hold your pass for a maximum of one month per calendar year. Basic Members and LiveWELL Prepaid Memberships do not have the capacity to place their pass on hold. If you are unsure which membership you have, or what your options are, you can see your contract at anytime by signing into your mindbody account.
