Awaken Sensuality Retreat Participant Application 2026

Awaken is a week-long intimate outdoor gathering featuring facilitated workshops and experiences to create a transformational and embodied experience that supports us in building a safe container of trust and transparency that supports us in understanding, expressing, and realizing our deepest desires. Through embodied connection to ourselves and others, we seek to unlock our deepest levels of self-expression, and authentic sensual and erotic natures in a safe space where we can flourish free of shame and fear.

This year's Awaken retreat is scheduled for August 8-15, 2026 at Anderson Lake, BC, and is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the St'át'imc First Nation. All participants are expected to attend the entire event. There will be a maximum of 50 people at the event, including organizers, facilitators, and assistance staff. You must be 18+ years of age to attend. 

This application form is to help our facilitation team understand who you are and what your desires are attending the event. Some of you have filled this out before, but we realize that aspects of your life may have changed and it will help us to have updated information. 

Please take your time with this form so that we can get to know you. The form is confidential and will only be shared among the organizing staff. Once your form is submitted, we will review your application, and if you desire it, have questions, want help determining if Awaken is right for you, or we need to clarify anything, we will set you up for a call with a member of our staff. 

Once the application process is complete, we'll be sending more information on how to secure your spot.

BASE PRICE: Your tuition to attend Awaken is due upon our approval of this application.

Super Early Bird: $800 (SOLD OUT), Early Bird: $1000 (SOLD OUT), Regular Price: $1250.

Send a $100 deposit via etransfer to awakenevent@protonmail.com when you submit this application - we will review your application and if approved, the remainder of the tuition will be due at that time. If we cannot approve your application, we will immediately refund the $100 deposit.

MEALS: $525 for vegetarian, or $600 for the meal plan with ethically sourced meat and wild fish. (If you would rather opt out of the meal plan and bring your own food, please let us know. an outdoor kitchen is available for cooking your own meals, but no refrigeration is available and you'll need to bring your own cookware. We strongly encourage you to purchase a meal plan, as you will be better able to stay in the flow of the event with the rest of group rather than going back to your camp to cook and prepare meals separately.)

GLAMPING TENTS: A luxurious alternative to camping - A limited number of beds, complete with bedding, are available in glamping tents that will be fully set up for your when you arrive.

VOLUNTEERING:  A very limited number of discounted spots are available for volunteers. Agreeing to assist is a serious commitment, as your service will make a real difference for participant's (and facilitator's) experience, and contribute to a more pleasing environment for all. Assisting may at times necessitate missing parts of the programming in order to fulfill behind the scenes tasks, but you will still be able to fully participate in most activities. These spots are not guaranteed, but are assigned by the organizational team based on a combination of factors, including your financial need, availability, and time of application.
