Lake Bonisteel Music Association hosts family friendly community based events. Please fill out this form if you would like to vend at one, or both, of our up-coming events.

LBMA FEST - Saturday, June 29th 12pm-8pm

BlueChiliGrass Festival - Saturday, September 28th 11am-8pm

The Lake Bonisteel Music Association will be referred to as LBMA on the form.

Please read the following terms before you submit. Submit any questions to bcgf.vendors.lbma@gmail.com *

1. Vendor fee is $50 per 10x10 space, per event. A vendor may pay for additional space if a 10x10 space does not fit your needs.

2. Vendors MUST have all their own supplies to vend: a table, tent, cash, mobile payment, etc. Tents need to weighed down , Tents CANNOT be staked down.

3. In most cases power is NOT available. WiFi is NOT available.

4. Vendors will be allowed free entry for two workers. Any additional attendees will need to pay a gate fee. Vendors must have a person looking after their space at all times

5. Products sold at any of our events must be handmade locally and are subject to approval by the LBMA board. LBMA does our best to not repeat products.

6. Vendor space is limited and is first paid first served. Once you are approved to vend we accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo.

7. Vendors will only set up in spaces assigned by LBMA staff. Placement is first come first served.

8. Vendors MUST be ready to vend no less than 1 hour before the beginning of the event. Vendors MUST stay open until the end of the event. Unless approved by LBMA member.

9. Event is outdoors rain or shine, NO REFUNDS.

10. LBMA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
