Required
Topic/name of the event, program, project, series, etc. *
Please briefly describe your proposal and tell us how it aligns with the vision and mission of FCPS. (Visit www.fcps.net/mission to review.) *
Select the category that best fits how your proposal promotes the district's core values. *
We respect the privacy of our students and their families. Therefore, if your coverage request is approved, you must verify the status of all participants in advance. A student is eligible for coverage unless a media opt-out or FERPA opt-out form is on file at school. When our team arrives, you must either pull the "no" students aside or indicate specifically how we can avoid them in our camera shots and overall coverage.
Note: If your event/program/news happens off campus, during summer break, etc., you still must verify opt-out forms or provide proof of event-specific media releases or waivers.
Please indicate you understand the district's media-permissions requirements. *
