The LOC is looking forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks either in Strasbourg or remotely.  Because of the hybrid nature of the meeting, we need to collect some additional information from attendees regarding their presentations.  Additionally, the LOC is planning events before and after the afternoon science sessions-- a conference dinner (in person only), virtual CFHT Tour (in person & virtual) and a tour of the Strasbourg Observatory (in person only).

The two in-person morning sessions will include lunch.  For our planning purposes, we would appreciate attendees who plan to attend the in person events to respond to the survey before April 28th. Merci and Mahalo!
