Join NACCA’s Black Mental Health Symposium!Lifting the Veil on Black Mental Health: Ubuntu and Supporting the next generation
“I am because we are - Healing the mind, honouring the community, empowering the future.”
The Newmarket African Caribbean Canadian Association invites you to join us as we create space for truth-telling, healing, and collective growth. Grounded in the African principle of
Ubuntu, this conference affirms that the well-being of our youth is inseparable from the strength of our families, communities, and ancestors.
Together, we will explore pathways to nurture resilience, dismantle stigma, and plant seeds of hope — ensuring that the next generation rises with strong minds, proud identities, and rooted connections.
Come hear from Dynamic speaks, attend informative workshops, enjoy good food and listen to great music and connect with others from the community.
