By completing and submitting the following form you are requesting a new account or a password reset to view your child's/children's student information on the DPS Infinite Campus Parent site.
By submitting this completed form you are stating that you are the legal parent/guardian of the student/students listed below, and release the Duncan Public School District from any and all liability for damages arising from unauthorized access to your parent/guardian account.

If you do not receive a reply email within 7 days check your spam or junk folder in your emails. If reply email is still not available contact us at parentportal@duncanps.org.

You must be the legal parent/guardian of the student(s) listed before a Campus Parent account can be set up or password reset. A step parent is not considered a legal parent/guardian unless court documents can be presented or are on file at the students school site.
