Workshops 10 and 12 sign-up - 2291Festival

Youth4Switzerland and SwissYouthForClimate we will be hosting two sessions at the 2291Festival :) When: 23.05.2023 Where: in Bern, Kursaal, Kornhausstrasse 3, (Im Raum Szenario 2)

If you are interested to join, please apply in the form below by 17.05.2023. We will come back to you around 13.05.2023 the latest to confirm your spot in one of the workshops :) ! It looks long but don't worry it takes max 3 minutes to fill up the form.

Here you find more information about the two workshops we offer: The workshops will be hosted by Jean-Valentin, Loukina, Elsa and Katalin. Between us 4 we master French, English, German and some Italian. 🇫🇷 Alors ne t'en fais pas pour la langue, on trouvera un moyen pour que tout le monde se comprenne! 🇬🇧 So don't worry about the language, we'll find a way so everyone understands everything! 🇩🇪 Also keine Sorge wegen der Sprache, wir werden einen Weg finden, damit jeder einander versteht! 🇮🇹 Quindi non preoccuparti della lingua, troveremo un modo affinché tutti possano capirsi! 13h30-15h30// SESSION 1: What can you learn from other young people about their opinions on the topics of energy, water, and food?
🇬🇧How can we, as young people, get in touch with each other? How can we establish good exchange, especially between vocational students and university students? How can a sense of community be created through individual experiences and knowledge of energy, water, and food? What are our visions and what do we need to do to achieve them? 🇫🇷Comment pouvons-nous créer de bonnes relations les uns avec les autres, en tant que jeunes ? Comment établir un bon échange, en particulier entre apprenti.e.s et étudiant.e.s ? Comment arrive-t-on à un sentiment d’intelligence collective sur les questions liées à l'énergie, l'eau et la nourriture grâce au partage des expériences et connaissances individuelles de chacun.e? Quelles sont nos visions et que devons-nous faire pour les réaliser ?🇩🇪Wie können wir als junge Menschen miteinander in Kontakt treten? Wie lässt sich im Besonderen zwischen Lehrenden und Studierenden ein guter Austausch gestalten? Wie kann durch individuelle Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse zu Energie, Wasser und Essen ein Gefühl von Gemeinschaft entstehen? Was sind unsere Visionen? Was gibt es zu tun?

Selection criteria - This workshop is limited to young people up to 28 years old. - Max. number of participants will be 30. - We will look that the group is balanced with 2-3 apprentices from Romande Energie, 2-3 apprentices from Bühler, about 8 more apprentices, and around 15 students

16h00-18h00// SESSION 2: What is your role in society as a young, middle-aged and older person?
🇬🇧How can we support each other and work together? How do we collaborate beyond the intergenerational conflicts? How do we move away from the stereotypes we hold about each other? How can we transfer the responsibility for a healthy world to all generations in a meaningful way, rather than putting the burden on the shoulders of future generations? How do we achieve a sense of shared responsibility? 🇫🇷 Comment pouvons-nous nous soutenir et collaborer les uns avec les autres? Comment collaborer au-delà des conflits intergénérationnels ? Comment est-ce que l’on se connecte malgré les stéréotypes que nous avons les uns sur les autres ? Comment pouvons-nous transférer la responsabilité de créer un monde sain à toutes les générations de manière durable, plutôt que de laisser le fardeau peser sur les épaules des générations futures ? Comment parvenons-nous à un sentiment de responsabilité partagée? 🇩🇪 Wie können wir einander unterstützen und miteinander arbeiten? Wie kollaborieren wir in intergenerationalen Konflikten? Wie bewegen wir uns weg von den Stereotypen, die wir voneinander haben? Wie können wir die Verantwortung für eine gesunde Welt sinnvoll auf alle Generationen übertragen, statt die Last auf die Schultern der kommenden Generationen zu schieben ? Wie kommen wir zu einem gemeinsamen Verantwortungsbewusstsein?

Selection criteria - This workshop is opened to EVERYONE and welcome the diversity of generations and age groups - Max. number of participants will be 30. - We will look that the group is balanced with all age groups
