Market stall $170
Your stall must be set up by midday Friday.
Stallholders must be present for the whole weekend, until at least 4pm Sunday.
Stallholders will not be accepted for one day only.
Stallholders are not permitted to set up and pack down daily as this disrupts the festival site.
Fees quoted are for a 3m x 3m stall.
Please complete and return this form.
If your application is successful, we will forward a contract.
Your booking will be secure when you have returned the signed contract with PAYMENT and a copy of your PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE.

We need at least one food outlet to stay open until 1am on Friday and Saturday night to satisfy our liquor licence.
Can you stay open until 1am?
All packaging and utensils must be recyclable or compostable.
Separate bins are on site. Stallholders must separate their waste before putting it in the appropriate bin.
Bottled water is not to be sold, in accordance with the Kangaroo Valley sustainability program. Chilled water is available for free at the bar.
All electrical equipment used must be tagged.
You MUST HAVE public liability insurance. A copy of your certificate of currency MUST be submitted with your contract.
If selling food and drinks you must comply with Shoalhaven City Council’s regulations. A Council inspector will be on site.
2 adult wristbands are provided per standard stall. Children under 12 are free. Extra passes can be purchased (Earlybird ticket sales from 1 July).
