God, Sex & The body is a 4 days 5Rhythms intensive to reconnect with the innocent, playful, juicy and creative parts of ourselves. It is an artful celebration of all that we are, all that we are not and all that we can be. It stretches our limits and beliefs and offers us the freedom to express the unseen and unrevealed parts of ourselves.
Dance, ritual theatre and the use of costumes and props all come together in this wild ride of the soul. A place where :
- The masculine meets the feminine to become human
- The mundane meets the mystical to become magical
- The sacred meets the sexual to become sensual

Teacher : Jup Jansonius (5R Waves/HeartBeat/GSB) combines her experience in dance, art, theatre with social science & humor. Her ability to shapeshift and her unapologetic way of being herself creates a safe playground for you to explore the less highlighted parts of yourself.

God, Sex & The Body est un stage intensif de 4 jours de danse des 5Rythmes, conçu pour renouer avec les facettes innocentes, ludiques, vibrantes et créatives de notre être. C’est une célébration artistique de tout ce que nous sommes, de tout ce que nous ne sommes pas et de tout ce que nous pouvons devenir. Ce stage repousse nos limites et nos croyances en nous offrant la liberté d'exprimer les parts invisibles et cachées de nous-mêmes.
Ce stage mêle danse, Théâtre rituel ainsi que l'usage de costumes et d'accessoires pour s'unir dans cette aventure audacieuse de l'âme.

Jup Jansonius (professeur de danse des 5Rythmes accréditée Waves, HeartBeat et GSB) allie son expérience de la danse, de l'art et du théâtre à une approche mêlant sciences sociales et humour. Sa capacité à se métamorphoser et sa façon d'être pleinement elle-même, sans compromis, créent un espace de jeu sécurisant pour explorer les facettes de vous-même restées dans l'ombre.
