Register for the full-day International Asexuality Conference on Sunday, 2 July at Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, Spain! This conference will be free to all, including lunch and cake, and will be held on the last day of WorldPride 2017. It is being organized by members of the Asexual Visibility and Education Network (AVEN) and Asexual Community España (ACEs) to promote asexual visibility and education.

Media appearances
We will be giving bracelets to distinguish between those who are OK with appearing in online or mainstream media and those who do not consent to appear in those media forms. All media personnel who come to the conference must agree to respect this requirement. However, the responsibility of following through with our requirement will lie with the media themselves though we do not expect our requirement to be ignored.

To interact with and talk about people respectfully and to respect other people's definitions of themselves. This includes respecting others' preferred pronouns and their right to define their own sexual and romantic orientations and gender identities (or lacks thereof).

2) To avoid harm or violence--
To not harass or be violent toward anyone at the conference (including verbal and/or sexual harassment). Anyone who presents a risk of harm to other participants may be asked to leave.
