Abortion Rights in America
In a draft opinion circulated Monday night, at least five Supreme Court justices appear poised to strike down Roe vs. Wade, the landmark case that has allowed a legal right to abortion for the last 50 years. If the draft becomes the official decision of the Court, abortion would be immediately illegal in nearly half of the country.
