The Dinner Table is a 501c3 based non-profit that provides college and career readiness workshops and programs for young women of color ages 11-18. As Department of Education vendors we are able to provide various types of programming and support to partnering schools and organizations in the New York City area. Bring A Group of Students to a Dinner Table Virtual or Physical Event as a Field Trip (Senior Brunch, Miseducation of Brown Girls, 18 Under 18 or Hotcombs N Sunday Dinners) NOTE: This service is already included in schools or orgs participating in Beyond The Table

Beyond The Table: Beyond The Table is The Dinner Table's in and after school program that fosters the talents of selected students to further develop their leadership, public speaking and goal setting skills. Students attend weekly workshops where they work on personal and professional development through a curriculum provided by The Dinner Table.

Let's Do Dinner (One-Off Workshops): Interested in having a taste of "Beyond The Table" without the school year commitment, then consider "Le's Do Dinner!" Let's Do Dinner is a set of stand alone workshops that can be delivered in one (or at most four) school visits during a 45 minute period. Workshop lessons include topics like, Leadership, Health & Wellness, Self-Identity and Conflict Resolution

[COMING SOON] Tailored School Support: Activity and Discussion Based PD Workshops and Coaching Sessions for Principals and school leadership teams interested in exploring new practices and engaging in high quality research methods to best service their demographic of young black and brown women between the ages in 11-18.

[COMING SOON] Unconscious Bias Training: A workshop designed to expose people to their unconscious biases, provide tools to adjust automatic patterns of thinking, and ultimately eliminate discriminatory behaviors.
