Nominate yourself or someone else to serve on the Boston Workmen's Circle Board of Directors and help guide our organization to a vibrant future!

We are looking for people with a commitment to our mission, a collaborative spirit, and any of the following skill sets or professions:
- Grassroots fundraising
- Organizational Leadership Development
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Youth work
- Lawyers

Any BWC member who has paid dues for the past two years is eligible to serve on the Board. The Board meets monthly and most members serve on one infrastructure committee.

We are a vibrant and diverse member-led community, and we want to make sure our Board represents the diverse backgrounds, skills and experiences of our membership! In our efforts to build an equitable community, we are looking to build leadership from BWC members who identify as: Sephardi, Mizrachi, Jews and non-Jews of Color, multiracial, trans, non-binary, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, working-class, low-income, immigrants and people with disabilities.

The deadline for nominations to be received is XX . Nominees will receive a call from a current Board member to answer any questions about serving.

Voting will take place at the Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, September 12th.

**Note that our Annual Meeting (which is usually in June) is pushed back to September because of our building move**
